  2. NEW PURCHASE LOAN STRUCTURE: After acceptance of your new loan structure and aligning it with your unique property plan, your appointed broker will go out to market, researching the ideal bank and loan product that for your property acquisition strategy.

ANNUAL REVIEWS: You need to be kept in the loop and be involved in the process. After securing your loans it’s imperative that you undergo an annual health check to ensure you are maximising your cash flow and still have the most competitive product. We take care of this for you. You will be contacted and a review date set annually as a part of our complimentary review program.
