- CURRENT LOAN REVIEW & BORROWING CAPACITY: Your appointed Finance Manager will review your current loan structures to ensure you are maximising your cash flow and have a competitive loan product. You will be advised of the best structure to unlock your sleeping equity/cash savings for the deposit ready for your first or next property purchase. They also determine what your borrowing capacity is for the new purchase.
- NEW PURCHASE LOAN STRUCTURE: After acceptance of your new loan structure and aligning it with your unique property plan, your Finance Manager will go out to market, researching the ideal bank and loan product that is best suited to your personal situation.
- ANNUAL REVIEWS: You need to be kept in the loop and be involved in the process. After securing your loans it’s imperative that you undergo an annual financial health check to ensure you are maximising your cash flow and still have the most competitive product on the market. We take care of this for you. You will be contacted and a review date set annually as a part of our complimentary performance review.
